The Manhattan district attorney's office is demanding an early start to Trump's hush money case after refusing any more delays.
Donald Trump's attempts to delay his Stormy Daniels hush money trial are 'falling apart,' according to a former federal prosecutor.Writing on her Civil Discourse legal blog on Friday, Joyce Vance, a frequent critic of the former president, said that Trump will likely not be able to delay his trial by asking for more disclosure documents.
'Colangelo wrote in the filing: 'A Grand Jury of regular New Yorkers indicted Donald Trump on thirty-four felony counts of falsifying business records to conceal criminal efforts to corrupt the 2016 presidential election. This Court held that the evidence supported those charges. The People respectfully urge this Court to reject defendant's motion in its entirety.
