Former President Donald Trump mocked former President Jimmy Carter on his 100th birthday during a Tuesday campaign event in Wisconsin.Carter, a Democrat who served as president from 1977 to 1981, became the first former president to turn 100 on Tuesday, prompting both Democrats and Republicans to honor to only his time in office but his post-presidential humanitarian work.
Biden, who is not running for re-election, praised Carter as 'a moral force for our nation and the world' in a video commemorating his birthday.'I recognized that as a young senator. That's why I supported you so early. You're a voice of courage, conviction, compassion, and most of all, a beloved friend of Jill and me and our family,' Biden said.
