Former President Donald Trump may sue Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg following his New York criminal trial, according to his lawyer.On Thursday, Trump attorney Will Scharf appeared on Fox News' America's Newsroom to speak about the ongoing criminal trial brought by Bragg in which the former president is accused of arranging for hush money payments to be made to former adult film star Stormy Daniels in 2016.
Last April, Bragg said Trump 'fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal crimes that hid damaging information—including a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels—from the public during the 2016 presidential campaign.'Trump has continued to deny any wrongdoing in the case, while repeatedly criticizing Judge Merchan.The jury began deliberations on Wednesday but provided Merchan with two notes and court adjourned without a verdict.
