Trump golfs with Rush Limbaugh day after Mueller report is released
WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump certainly found a sympathetic ear Friday for his frustrations over the Robert Mueller report.The conservative radio talk show host, who like Trump criticized the Mueller report on the Russia investigation, joined the president for a round at Trump International Golf Club in South Florida.
“Today the President played golf with Rush Limbaugh and a couple friends," the White House said in a statement.More: Donald Trump denounces 'Crazy Mueller Report,' calls statements about him 'fabricated' and 'untrue' The president denounced the"Crazy Mueller Report" on Twitter on Friday, and used a barnyard epithet to describe some of its claims that he may have sought to obstruct the investigation.
On his radio show Thursday, the day of the release of the Mueller report on Russian election interference in 2016, Limbaugh said that"this entire thing is bogus from the beginning."
