'Al is a con man, a troublemaker, always looking for a score,' President Donald Trump said of the Rev. Al Sharpton.
The U.S. leader's fury appeared to be driven by a tweet from Sharpton sharing his plans to head to Baltimore, which the president recently railed against in a separate attack on Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings, chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
In a later tweet Monday morning, the president renewed his attacks on both Cummings and Sharpton, asserting that"Baltimore, under the leadership of Elijah Cummings, has the worst Crime Statistics in the Nation." "Damn you're racist, Donald," Tony Posnanski wrote in response to the U.S. leader's tweet."You can't even f***ing hide it."
