Donald Trump's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, is promising that several motions to dismiss the case against him are coming. 'I will tell you this: This case won't see a jury, in my opinion,' Tacopina said to FoxNews's seanhannity.

On Tuesday, Trump was charged with 34 counts of business fraud related to alleged 2016 hush money payments. The former president pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.

"A motion to dismiss is coming on several grounds, including prosecutorial misconduct, selective prosecution will for sure be two of them. Legal insufficiency is another one, but we have a clear case of selective prosecution," Tacopina said."We're looking at statute of limitations — a whole host of motions that's going to be levied here. And I will tell you this: This case won't see a jury, in my opinion.

“I assure you [the video] will be part of our motion to dismiss," Tacopina said."We’ll cite that commercial when he’s asked about going after Donald Trump. The question was not even an articulate question. It was, ‘Are you going to convict Donald Trump?’ Well, before we get to the conviction, we have to get to the investigation, the charges, and then the conviction. But we went right to the conviction. And Alvin Bragg didn’t correct him. He said, ‘That’s priority, or issue No. 1.
