The article predicts a low-scoring game between the Miami Dolphins and the Cleveland Browns due to both teams' struggles on offense.

(AP Photo/Kareem Elgazzar)Get set for an AFC showdown Sunday when the Miami Dolphins visit Huntington Bank Field for a matchup with the Cleveland Browns . Because of underwhelming offenses, my Dolphins vs. Browns predictions expect a low-scoring affair in Cleveland.
Odds are based on the best value our experts find as of publication; check lines closer to game time to ensure you get the best odds. The weather will be messy Sunday afternoon. It won’t be cold or windy, but a steady rain could fall throughout the contest. The field will be slick, but the offenses still should be able to do what they do. And that’s a struggle to score points. The Dolphins struggle to move the sticks and score points away from Miami, and I see that trend continuing behind a hobbled Tua Tagovailoa under center. Miami enters this game with a potent roster of highly talented offensive players but has scored fewer than 17 points in four of its past five road games. That’s less than optimal on a rainy day in Cleveland against a Browns defense that’s probably better than the 25 points per game it allows. The Browns' defense can slow the Dolphins offensively. Myles Garrett and the defense allow 5.8 yards per play, which dips to 5.1 yards at home. The Browns' offense is a disaster. QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson does a nice job with his feet, but he’s a turnover machine. The Dolphins are in the top 10 in total defensive yards allowed and points allowed. That’s why I believe this will be a low-scoring affair. Miami’s over/under record across its previous five road games is 4-1-0 to the under. Cleveland’s last 10 have ended 6-4-0 to the under. I’m also laying the -6.5 because the Dolphins' offense is good enough to outscore the Browns by a touchdow
