Harshil Matta, DO, Sports Medicine Specialist with NYU Langone, joins Brandon London for the weekly ‘Injury Report’ segment to explain the heel injury that Giants quarterback Drew Lock is dealing with.
The Dolphins provided an update Monday morning on the second-year receiver, who remained hospitalized overnight for evaluation following helmet contact with Texans safety Calen Bullock in the second half of the Week 15 contest.
“After sustaining a head injury in yesterday’s game, Grant DuBose remained at a local Houston hospital for evaluation overnight. He has movement in all extremities and initial tests have revealed positive results. Bullock, who was called for unnecessary roughness, offered prayers to DuBose and his loved ones after the Texans’ 20-12 win. “First off, my intention was never to go out there and hurt nobody. That’s none of our intentions,” Bullock said. “So prayers to him and his family. I hope he’s good.” A seventh-round pick out of Charlotte in 2023, DuBose began his NFL career with the Packers but was released in August.
