According to the animal welfare charity, Lurchers were the third most popular breed rehomed by Dogs Trust last year with 527 finding loving new homes. Sadly however, handsome Tigger and Jax are two of over 120 lurchers in the charity’s care currently waiting to meet their special someone.Dog's Trust UK is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and normally cares for around 14,000 dogs across its network of 21 rehoming centres in the UK and one in Dublin.
Jax can find life a little overwhelming so is looking for patient and committed owners who he can meet a number of times to build a strong bond before he leaves Dogs Trust. Once the bond is made, Jax will be your best friend, and the perfect match.Sign up to Glasgow Live's newsletter Get all the latest Glasgow news and headlines sent straight to your inbox twice a day by signing up to our free newsletter.
