The male bulldog was found around 5:30 a.m. Aug. 4 in a stroller near the airport’s short-term parking lot. An examination of the bulldog revealed a micro-chip, but the owner could not immediately be reached on Aug. 4, police said. Citing the active investigation, the shelter said it could not comment on the bulldog’s health or the case.
