Ohtani then got a two-run rally started in the fourth with a two-run single. In that sequence, he raced from first to third on Andy Pages’ base hit, then scored on a flared line drive from Freddie Freeman. Thursday’s game came just a night after Ohtani pitched 6 2/3 innings on the mound in a two-way performance Wednesday.
