According to Harris County Pct. 1 Constable Alan Rosen, two Dodge Chargers were racing at speeds near 100 mph when one slammed into an uninvolved SUV.Authorities said the driver managed to escape. The driver was later charged with racing causing serious injury. The occupants of the SUV suffered injuries, though officials confirmed none were life-threatening. No fatalities were reported from the incident.“This could have easily been a deadly tragedy.
