He claims that from 2017 to 2022, he was paid an annual stipend of between $194,801 and $240,482, but was also entitled to overtime, weekend and public holiday pay, and a higher duties allowance. "The respondent did not pay the applicant for any of the overtime worked by the applicant," the statement of claim reads.“As a result of the respondent’s breaches and the respondent’s contraventions, the applicant has suffered loss in the form of not receiving monetary payments he was entitled to be paid for the overtime he worked or the ability to accrue interest on the money he was entitled to be paid," the document reads.
