Ashley Vickers has connections to Preston, Leyland, Chorley and Blackburn
Police have issued a 'do not approach' warning to the public over a man they say is wanted for threats to commit arson.
The 27-year-old has connections to Preston, Leyland, Chorley and Blackburn. He is described as being 5ft 7ins tall, of stocky build, with blue eyes and is bald.Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts has been asked to get in touch with Lancashire Constabulary.
