DKZ’s Agency Announces Munik’s Departure From Group
that member Wondae would be leaving the group due to his health, while Munik, who was also on hiatus, would not depart the group but would sit out of the group’s promotions.
On February 28, DKZ’s agency Dongyo Entertainment officially announced that Munik will ultimately withdraw from the group but still remain in the company.First, we sincerely thank all the fans who always support DKZ. We would like to make an announcement regarding the future of Munik, who is currently on hiatus, as well as DKZ’s plans for group activities.
Munik, who has been on a long hiatus, is currently putting his all so he can meet fans again. However, after discussions with our agency about his future activities, it has ultimately been decided that Munik will wrap up his activities as a member of DKZ and leave the group. Instead, [Munik] will greet fans with brand new activities in the future.
Therefore, we would like to inform you that after Munik’s departure, DKZ will continue group activities as a six-member group. Although Munik has withdrawn from the team, it was not a termination of his exclusive contract with Dongyo Entertainment.
