DJ Maphorisa vs Prince Kaybee: And now its about cars
The "Lorch" producer kicked things off by pulling charting numbers for Apple Music, Spotify and Shazam.
DJ Maphorisa boldly proclaimed that it was "time for stats" before he decided to take a dig at Prince Kaybee, producing his own charting statistics. The "Fetch You Life" hitmaker responded to his stats by throwing a bit of shade and mocked the designer headwraps DJ Maphorisa is always seen wearing. Following this, Prince Kaybee said that in the last five years he's the only local artist to have three diamond singles and seven platinum singles from one album.
He ended his rant by asking if any of DJ Maphorisa's songs have gotten over 100 million streams, and saying that he has sold more records with his one album compared to all of the "Nala Thula" hitmaker's albums combined.
