One of the most unique and divisive residences in the Bay Area, the Enclave Apartments near UC Berkeley, has sold for $112 million.
The 7-story, mixed-use student housing complex at 2503 Haste Street in the heart of the bustling Telegraph Avenue strip, is recognizable for its faux-rock facade and castle-like turrets. The 55-unit building was sold last week to an affiliate led by Goldman Sachs in New York in an all-cash deal, reports theDesigned by architectural firm LCA Architects in Walnut Creek, the building opened in 2020 and features an strange mix of styles.
