A projection show based on the Disney animated feature “Encanto” screened on the facade of Disneyland’s It’s a Small World ride in 2022. The park is planning two new projection shows on the Carthay Circle and It’s a Small World facades as part of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary.
The twin shows will be presented in the evening during a “special moment” filled with music, lights and projection effects. The Small World facade serves as one of the alternative viewing areas for Disneyland fireworks shows to lessen crowds in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle and Main Street U.S.A.Disneyland used the 30-foot-tall Small World facade in 2022 as a movie screen for a nighttime projection show based on the Oscar-winning “Encanto” animated film and set to the chart-topping “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” song.
