The 45-minute Boot Camp in Disney California Adventure is available through the Tenaya Stone Spa at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel as part of a host of in-park fitness programs.
Do you have what it takes to conquer an entire day at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure from rope drop until the gates close without breaking a sweat? Then the $30 Adventure Boot Camp in DCA may be just the way to start your day.
The basic training program provides recruits with every tool they need to physically, mentally and emotionally survive a grueling day at the Anaheim theme parks. The DCA Boot Camp moves from land to land before the park opens for the day. You may do jumping jacks in Avengers Campus, squats in Cars Land, push-ups in Pixar Pier and sit-ups in Hollywood Land. You’ll get your heart pounding before you even tackle your first adrenaline-pumping ride of the day.
Need even more of a workout to get your heartbeat racing faster before you jump on Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: Breakout or the Incredicoaster? The DCA Boot Camp includes a run around the park at a 12-minute per mile pace. You can jog if you’re not worthy — but who wants to say they finished last at Disneyland Boot Camp? The spirited, high-intensity boot camp promises to “unleash the beast,” according to the Tenaya Stone website.
The 6:30 a.m. DCA Boot Camp is limited to guests staying at the Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Paradise Pier Hotel and class sizes are limited to about 14 campers.
