Actor Christy Carlson Romano , a former child star, says she was shot in the face several times Friday while shooting clay pigeons in Texas. In a video posted to Instagram, the Disney alum said it happened while on a hunting trip that was planned for her husband Brendan Rooney’s birthday. "So I got shot in the eye. It was not fun," Romano said. In the video, she showed where the bullet struck her eye and said the fragment is "too risky to remove surgically at this time.
