Disney Cruise Line has announced the suspension of all new departure sailings through the end of April.
The best case scenario would be mid to late summer, as signaled by the Canadian government which has banned sailings and dockings to Canadian ports or ships carrying more than 500 passengers until July 1 at earliest.Guests can either postpone their trip within 15 months of their original departure date or request a full refund.
As of early April, Disney said that European itineraries scheduled to start sailing in mid-May remain unchanged, although noted that it would notify guests of any necessary itinerary changes. However, guests who may be skittish about boarding a cruise in Europe this year can change their reservation up until the day before boarding and get a full credit for future sailings. This applies to European sailings through July 25.
