As the group seemingly faced the very real possibility of drowning, a Disney Cruise Line ship came to the rescue, fortunately.
A group of people on a sinking ship found themselves in a dire situation in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
The bizarre scene took place on Sunday around 8:30 a.m., when the U.S. Coast Guard said they received a call for help from a 50-foot catamaran called the Serenity, located 265 miles off the coast of Bermuda. The cruise line happened to be the closest to the distress call, which was 80 miles away from the distressed catamaran.
