Dismembered body found on North-South Expressway near Rawang

A DISMEMBERED body was found in a black bag by members of the public at KM447 of the North-South Expressway near the southbound Rawang exit this morning. Sungai Buloh police chief Shafa’aton Abu Bakar said police found a head, two legs and hands of the victim stuffed in a black bag at the scene.“Initially a dismembered body without the head, legs and hands was found at the scene. There were no identification documents found,” an earlier statement from the police said.
According to police, the body parts were later taken to Sungai Buloh Hospital for post-mortem, while they launched a murder investigation. Shafa’aton said anyone with information could contact their nearest police station. – Bernama, January 18, 2023.
