Dior has just dropped a new multi-purpose make-up product, Dior Forever Glow Star Filter, and shoppers are obsessed – and it's drawing comparisons to another famous glow-booster
Ever since Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter launched in 2018 there's been a growing trend for that sheer, illuminating make-up product that can be used in a number of ways. E.l.f., Revolution and Maybelline are amongst the other brands that have all launched their own versions of this type of product – and Dior's is the latest to hit the shelves.
Calling itself a skincare/make-up hybrid, Star Filter is made up of 94% ingredients of natural origin and claims to deliver 24-hour hydration to the skin plus a gorgeous filtered, lit-from-within glow. "If you’re a fan of the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter than you will definitely love this complexion filter," one happy customer wrote on the Boots website, where you can currently save £5 on Dior's Star Filter. "It does not feel heavy at all and can be worn alone or under make-up. Sooo beautiful!"
A third five-star review reads: "I’m blown away by this product. I have tried just about every glow product including Charlotte Tilbury and this one blows all of them out of the water. The finish is gorgeous and it is really skin-like. I will be rocking this all summer."
