Diogo Jota's wife, Rute Cardoso, has taken aim at Premier League officials as the fallout from the VAR controversy against Tottenham Hotspur continues.
Jota, meanwhile, was shown his first yellow card just after the hour mark after a possible trip on Destiny Udogie; however, replays appeared to show the Spurs man tripped himself. The Portugal international was then given his marching orders for an attempted swipe on Udogie. A second post, later deleted, showed the initial statement released by the PGMOL to explain the incident - and made it clear Rute was not buying it.
