After completing a mandatory 21-day quarantine period, Dino Ndlovu has finally been unveiled as a new signing by Chinese Super League outfit Changchun Yatai after completing a move from Turkish 1. Division side Kocaelispor last month.
The 32-year-old netted nine times in 15 appearances during his spell in Turkey and returns to China where he previously scored a club-record 42 goals in 67 appearances for then-second division side, Zhejiang Greentown between 2018 and 2020.that he has signed a one-year contract with the club and that his deal includes the option of another year's extension which could see his spell run until the end of the 2023 calendar year.
He is one of a host of new signings in the Changchun Yatai squad and joins a host of foreign players at the club, which already includes the Brazilian trio of Júnior NegrãoThe 2022 Chinese Super League campaign, which was expanded to an 18-team competition this season, kicked was set to commence last month but has been delayed due to a surge in positive Covid-19 cases across the country.
