Media personality Dineo Ranaka has become the latest celebrity to open up about suffering from depression. In a video posted on Instagram, she said the past three years have been difficult for her. Dineo, who divorced in 2021, reportedly suffered abuse at the hands of her ex-husband. The marriage did not last a year.“I have been thinking quite a lot, I’ll be honest. I’ve been thinking about ... how I’ve been feeling, life experiences in the past three years, how they have made me feel and how they’ve changed me,” she said in the video.
She says she has now changed her perspective on anxiety. Instead of looking at them as attacks, she says she views them as reminders to slow down whenever she is feeling overwhelmed.
