Driving Growth Through TransformationDriving Growth Through TransformationIt seems like every company you can think of—including your own—includes a 'digital transformation' journey. The problem is that many companies start down the road of their digital transformation journey without a good sense of exactly where they are going—or a clear idea of how they will create and capture digital value. Not surprisingly, this leads to problems like failure to realize value, wasted resources and effort, added complexity, and dysfunction. But there is a solution. In this live, interactive HBR webinar, MIT research scientist Stephanie Woerner will share the method they have developed to help companies get digital transformation right. Based on years of rigorous research with data from more than 1,000 companies, she will provide insights into the important dimensions at which a firm must excel to be competitive, as well as the organizational disruptions every firm must manage as part of their transformation journey. In this webinar, Woerner will share: • A playbook to guide organizations on their journey • The “four pathways” framework to capturing digital value • Case studies and example of companies that have put the playbook into action The goal for companies isn’t digital transformation. but is a profound business transformation. On June 6, join Woerner and HBR to discover the keys to a successful, value-generating digital transformation.
