"Our very most popular dish is chicken fried steak," said Dennis."Our second most popular is probably our fried catfish, and our burgers are very popular," he added. "Our catfish is domestic farm raised catfish that we hand bread in our own homemade cornmeal," said Dennis."The meatloaf we make every day," he continued."We mix a big ole twenty pound batch and it makes like eight pans of meatloaf. We sell pretty much a whole batch every day.""The chicken breast is hand breaded served with a homemade cream gravy," he said.
