Former president Donald Trump returned to Butler , Pennsylvania on Saturday, the very site where he was shot in the ear by a would-be assassin in July.

While the former president used the rally to encourage his supporters to vote on November 5th, the rally also served as a remembrance ceremony for ex-fire chief Corey Comperatore, who died while protecting his family during the July rally shooting. Trump then spoke about the surviving victims of the rally shooting, David Dutch and James Copenhaver, and wished them well in their continued recovery.

Trump also called out the would-be assassin, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, whom he referred to as a "vicious monster."During the speech itself, Trump outlined his plan for a second term in office, which he says includes reversing the nation's high inflation, deporting illegal immigrants and "helping the country prosper."
