This summer has seen several big acts break the 11 p.m. curfew.

SANTA CLARA — After a summer of curfew-breaking concerts at Levi’s Stadium like Beyonce and Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, who is on his blockbuster +–=÷× Tour, closed out his Saturday night show well before the 11 p.m. weekend curfew.

Sheeran has some history with the curfew situation at Levi’s, given that the singer dropped the stadium from his tour in 2017Of course, breaking curfew is nothing new at Levi’s. A number of acts have blown through the supposed stop time — which is 10 p.m. for weeknights and 11 p.m. for weekends. Although, the curfews for some weeknight shows can be extended until 11 p.m.

That most recent violation made the multiplatinum-selling pop star a three-time offender. She also broke the curfew with her husband Jay-Z on their On the Run II Tour stop in 2018 and went late with her solo Formation Tour at Levi’s in 2016.
