The issue sees players stuck at Slayer level because the game won't accept that they've completed the A Boon in the Tide quest no matter how many times they attempt to open the Tortured Gift Helltide chest.to report the issue in several different threads.
Ybarra replied directly to the player to acknowledge the issue, replying:"It's being fixed in a few days, I think the goal is [15th August]", intimating that a fix won't be rolling out with Patch 1.1.1. which is expected next week.
