THE new Dewan Rakyat speaker candidate has been identified, Gabungan Parti Sarawak parliamentary chief whip Fadillah Yusof said today. Without giving a name, Fadillah said the candidate is not an MP, and when asked whether the candidate is a Sarawakian, he just smiled.
