Specialist police appear to be closing in on an armed man wanted over several incidents, including threatening officers, kidnapping and armed robbery.
Victoria Police were at a property in Katandra West, about 25 kilometres north-east of Shepparton, on Monday just after midday as part of an investigation.

Picture: Supplied It is understood he has since return to the Shepparton area, with police on Tuesday morning called to Yarrawonga over the assault of a woman and a car being stolen.

Do it for your father," his uncle, who had tactical officers swarm his Finley home in the NSW Riverina region on Monday night as they searched for their nephew, said.Tactical officers had swarmed Turvey's uncle's home in Finely, NSW, believing he may had been hiding there. His uncle has since pleaded for his nephew to turn himself in.
