His mum has issued a 'heartbreaking' plea
The "devastated" mum of a murdered Leeds man has made a heartbreaking plea following her son's shock death.
The police launched an investigation into his death and have arrested and charged 23-year-old man Dylan Curran with Peter's murder. He appeared in Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Tuesday .Peter's mother Margaret Smith has since launched a Go Fund Me crowdfunder, appealing for financial help for funeral costs and a memorial for Peter's children to visit.
The money raised will be used towards funeral expenses and a memorial for his children back at home in Leeds, so that they will have somewhere to be able to go and grieve themselves.
