MANILA, Philippines – It has been more than a month since the enhanced community quarantine was imposed in Luzon. Can you still remember how the first week of ECQ went? Most of us couldn’t imagine how we would survive a few more weeks locked up at home.

But to be honest, we all seem like we’ve adjusted to this new way of life. We now know to place our online orders about one week ahead so we can get our fresh produce and supplies delivered right when they are about to run out. We’ve created an effective work from home schedule. We’ve masteredMore than that, we’ve discovered that there are things we never thought we could or would be able to do.

If I’ve done surprising things like these, it makes me wonder what sort of crazy, amazing things all of you have done while at home, too. What are your #DetoursFromHome?is one of Rappler’s columns that aims to tell the unique stories of communities and subcultures. Since we are still practicing physical distancing at the moment, we can’t meet with our subgroups just yet but it doesn’t mean we can’t seek out unique experiences.

So, for this ECQ edition of Detours , we would like to ask you to share stories about the new things you’ve discovered, learned, done, while in quarantine.
