Detectives seek information from public about 2019 fatal shooting in Lincoln Park [Breaking]
Detectives are asking for help from the public for information about a shooting that killed a 22-year-old man in Lincoln Park four years ago, officials said Tuesday.
Police officers found Ruffin lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his upper body, investigators said. Paramedics performed emergency measures but the man died before he could be taken to a hospital.Homicide investigators are trying to determine the circumstances that led to Ruffin’s death. “We have received a few tips over the years but nothing that has proved to be the one that breaks this case open,” the lieutenant said.
