Here are the biggest changes that were added with this patch that no one was really expecting to see:

The Empirical Evidence sidearm has been buffed to feel more like Breachlight, now with its bugged stability fixed. I tried it out and yes it isThe raid-only Bait and Switch perk has been buffed to give a 35% damage boost after damaging with all three weapons, up from 20%. This was already extremely good on Cataclysmic, the Linear Fusion, but it may be worth trying out on other weapons now too.
This is a minor change, but now capped materials show up as capped in your inventory screen with a new coloring.
