Treasurer Jim Chalmers has been accused of attempting to shift blame for his government’s economic failures on to the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Treasurer Jim Chalmers accused of 'blame shifting' with RBA comments in a desperate attempt to 'find excuses' for policy failures

"I mean, since January this year, every other advanced country in the world has seen core inflation come down. Not Australia. it's exactly where it was back in January."
