Michael Knight, formerly from Blackburn, has been jailed for a total of three years for breaching his court orders
A sex offender has been jailed after breaching a court order when he lied about not owning a mobile phone.
In another breach, the 51-year-old was seen was a mobile phone that he had previously told police he didn't have. This then prompted an investigation from Lancashire Constabulary's East MOSOVO Team.Upon the investigation of the breach, Knight had already disposed of the phone when officers arrived. He said: “I knew this would happen. It’s not a phone, it’s a battery.”
