Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will host a news conference on Tuesday in West Palm Beach alongside state officials, following the decision by federal prosecutors to drop charges against the man who allegedly attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump.

The conference will feature several prominent figures, including Attorney General Ashley Moody, Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commissioner Mark Glass, Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Director Dave Kerner, Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw, and Martin County Sheriff William Snyder.
