ICYMI: Derek Taylor stepping aside as voice of Saskatchewan Roughriders
Derek Taylor is to leave CKRM effective May 14, slightly more than three years after signing on as the Roughriders’ lead broadcaster and the host of the radio station’s daily talk show, the SportsCage.
“Things in the gambling space are really taking off and that’s an area of background that I’m really passionate about,” he said. “There’s probably some room for me to explore that with my numbers background. There’s enough out there that I’m going to find a soft landing even though I don’t have a spot to land.”
