Jimmy Garoppolo is another big-name free agent who may be a possibility for the Jets. Because Carr was released outright by the Raiders, he is free to sign with a team now. Free agency begins March 15. Carr has 35,222 career yards passing with 217 touchdowns, 99 interceptions and a 64.6 completion percentage. The Raiders selected him in the second round in the 2014 NFL Draft.
