“This momentous day also sets to raise awareness and address the concerns on relevant issues on a gender transformative approach,” the agency added. This year’s celebration, DepEd noted, is under the priority concept for the upcoming 67th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women , which is the “Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls.”
