The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Texas Governor Greg Abbott over his 'floating barrier' of buoys and razor wire on the southern border.
Federal investigators had given Abbott until Monday afternoon to remove the "floating barrier," which began to be implemented earlier this month. Shortly afterward, the lawsuit was filed, alleging the barrier violated federal law.
