Metro Denver residents face dry conditions under sunny blue skies Monday with below-average temperatures, according to theHeat will intensify later this week with temperatures exceeding 90 degrees in Denver and approaching 100 degrees on Colorado’s eastern plains, weather service forecasters said.
The high temperature in Denver on Monday will be 80 degrees, decreasing to 55 degrees at night, forecasters said. On Tuesday, the high is expected to be 91 degrees. Light wind likely will blow through Denver at speeds mostly less than 9 miles per hour, forecasters said. One more cooler/mild day today before the warmth returns for Tuesday. It will also be mostly sunny with no showers or storms.
