A 4-year-old boy was found with his mother, a non-custodial parent, in Richardson following an AMBER alert late Thursday.
Authorities said Friday that an Amber Alert issued for a 4-year-old boy from Denton was canceled after he was found with his mother in Richardson.
Just before 11 p.m. Thursday, Denton police said they believed the boy was with his mother, who was a non-custodial parent. Their last known location at the time the Amber Alert was issued was in the area of the 3800 block of Canyon Verde Lane on June 3.Denton police in a news release Friday morning said the mother, identified as Selena Grasty, was in custody after authorities located the two in Richardson.The news release does not state what charge Grasty is facing.
