Fitness pro Denise Austin shared yet another workout video on Instagram to help motivate fans to stay active. Not long after sharing a five-minute workout for heart health, the 66-year-old demonstrated a simple lower-body exercise to target thighs, legs, glutes, and core muscles, on Instagram. “Do you want to tone and tighten up your thigh muscles?” Austin asked at the beginning of the video. “Well, do a wall sit. It’s so great for the legs, great for your butt, and if you can hold it up to about 20 seconds you’re doing great!”“Get up with me right now and try this move, it only takes a minute but works so many muscles at one time, it’s worth it!” Austin captioned the video. As the name of the exercise suggests, all you need to perform this move is a wall. “Simply rest your back against the wall and walk your feet out so your legs are as close to a 90-degree angle as possible,” Austin explained. “The lower you are the harder it will be…you will feel the burn in your quads, glutes, calves, and core!! Hold for as long as you can and repeat three to four times!!”Fans were certainly motivated by her informative video. “Thanks Denise! Definitely trying this 💪🏽” one fan wrote. “You are the BEST Denise💙” another added. “🔥 Love all your tips,” another chimed in.If you’re looking for even more effective moves to tone your legs, you’re in luck. Austin is always sharing her favorite exercises and routines, including her 10-minute lower body workout which targets “all angles of the legs,” a #FitOver50 squat workout, and her top lunge tips for women over 50. It’s so fun,” she explained. In consistently sharing easy workouts for women over 50, Austin always succeeds in her mission to inspire women of all ages.
