Lionsgate announces the release date for Den of Thieves 2 on both 4K UHD and Blu-ray, along with details of a special combo pack featuring both films in the franchise.
Lionsgate is gearing up to release Den of Thieves 2 on both 4K UHD and standard Blu-ray (with DVD and digital copies) on March 4, 2025. The 4K UHD version will be priced at $42.99, while the standard Blu-ray will be available for $39.99.To celebrate the sequel's arrival, Lionsgate is also launching a special Den of Thieves Collection Combo Pack, offering fans a limited-edition 4K UHD bundle containing both films in the franchise.
This exclusive Combo Pack features two SteelBooks, one for each film, along with both movies on 4K Ultra HD, and will retail for $59.99. The sequel sees Gerard Butler and O'Shea Jackson Jr. reprise their roles, once again facing off against a dangerous network of diamond thieves. The official synopsis teases: 'The crew is back on the hunt in Europe and closing in on Donnie (Jackson), who is embroiled in the treacherous and unpredictable world of diamond thieves and the infamous Panther mafia, as they plot a massive heist of the world’s largest diamond exchange.' Joining the cast are Evin Ahmad, Salvatore Esposito, Meadow Williams, and Swen Temmel. Christian Gudegast returns to write and direct, drawing on his research with investigators and notorious thieves to craft a thrilling and realistic sequel. The project, first announced in 2018 following the original film's success, is produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson alongside returning producers Tucker Tooley and Alan Siegel.
