She demanded that he stay and answer commuNity concerns, stating, You're not leaving here untill you answer our questions. Black people don't trust you for this reason,and you cannot win without us,so you stay here, you answer our questions or you suffer the consequences. The exchange highlighted tensions within the Democratic Party as it seeks to maintain strong support among key voting blocs in Texas.
